THE ORIGIN
A closer look at our coffee.
Bali, Indonesia
Our Arabica coffee originates in the mountainous regions of Bali, Indonesia, where high elevations, mineral-rich volcanic soil, and a tropical climate provide favorable conditions for low acid coffee cultivation.
Cooler temperatures at higher elevations allow coffee cherries to mature more gradually, contributing to the development of their natural flavors and characteristics.

The Plant
Rooted in nature
Great coffee begins long before roasting.
Coffee beans are actually the seeds of a fruit known as a coffee cherry. As the cherries mature, they typically develop a deep red color before harvesting.
Our coffee is organically grown, using agricultural practices that prioritize soil health and avoid prohibited synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. This approach focuses on cultivating quality coffee while respecting the natural environment in which it grows.
The Process
Dried by the sun
Following harvest, coffee cherries undergo processing to prepare the seeds for roasting.
Our coffee is naturally sun-dried, allowing sunlight and airflow to gradually reduce moisture in the beans. This traditional drying method helps preserve coffee quality while preparing the beans for storage and transportation.
With no added chemical treatments during processing, the focus remains on careful handling and the natural characteristics of the coffee itself.
The Smoother Side of Coffee
Big on flavor. Lower in acidity.
Love coffee, but not the acidity that sometimes comes with it?
Our low-acidity Miraculum coffee is specially crafted for those who appreciate a smoother, more approachable cup. With its rich, balanced flavor and lower-acidity profile, it offers an alternative for coffee lovers who find traditional coffee too harsh to drink regularly.

The Journey
From Bali to New Jersey
Once processed, dried, and prepared for export, our green coffee beans begin their journey from Indonesia to New Jersey.
Here, they're aged and roasted by us in small batches, where carefully controlled heat transforms the raw beans into the aromatic, flavorful coffee we know and love.
Roasting develops the coffee's body, sweetness, aroma, and character. By paying close attention to time and temperature, we aim to bring out the best qualities of every batch.
